Click Diversity goes from strength to strength in 2024

2024 has been an amazing year for Click Diversity and we are already looking forward to next year with exciting new projects helping diverse candidates in photography and journalism.

With continued support from Canon Cameras UK and existing arrangements with MotoGP, Click Diversity expanded its photography and journalist training in international motorcycle sport by training candidates at World Superbike events, including being the official photographers for the Sekhmet Racing Team in the inaugural season of the Womens Championship Racing series at SBK rounds.

Discussions are underway with several new International and UK based sports looking to work with Click Diversity in 2025. We have also reached an agreement with Snowsport England to train photographers at their events and are currently working with the Royal British Legion to deliver courses to forces veterans with a target of covering the Invictus Games in Birmingham in 2026.

To accomodate these projects Click Diversity now has 8 fully trained mentors in photography and journalism and structures and plans are in place to increase this number on an ongoing basis as more new projects come on board.

We ae constantly looking for new sports and other organisations to join our project so if you are interested in knowing more about how Click Diversity is helping individuals from many diverse communities, please get in touch.

Click Diversity mentors more candidates at MotoGP

Recent MotoGP rounds in 2024 have seen photography candidates from various diverse backgrounds. Candidates have attended Mugello, Le Mans, Catalunya, Assen, Sachsenring, both Misano races, Aragon, Silverstone and the rearranged final round at Barcelona in recent months with significant success. Images captured by candidates have been widely published including several highly newsworthy crash shots.

Most encouraging has been the variety of diverse backgrounds and nationalities getting involved including our first American candidate, Olyvia, who attended Mugello and Clare, the first part amputee, who attended Silverstone and both Misano races.
